Disabling/Enabling and changing the order of offers
You will run into situations where you would want to either disable or enable a particular offer. If the offer is not working the way you intended it to work, or if you simply do not want the specific offer to be available to customers anymore. You may also wish to change the order of offers to prioritize a specific offer among others. Regardless of the reason, here are the steps:
Disabling/Enabling an offer
1. Launch the app and click Offers on the left navigation panel.
2. The Status toggle allows you to enable or disable any of the offers by sliding them to the ON/OFF position.
Changing the order of offers
From your Discounted Pricing dashboard, you can change the order of the offers depending on your preference. Just click and hold the hamburger icon on the left side of the offer and drag it upward or downward to the desired position.
Please note that the order of the offers is very important since all your store offers are ordered in priority. The broader offers (such as an entire collection or the entire store) would need to be at the bottom, whereas the more specific offers (such as individual products) would need to be on the top. If the orders are mixed, then the more particular offers will not appear.
