Is there a way where I can set the app to change the discount when the customer reaches the checkout page?
Unfortunately, there is no setting in the app that can change or manipulate the discount when the customer reaches the checkout page. The discount will be set when you create the offer and it is fixed to be implemented from the cart page to the checkout page. This is how the app works and there is no workaround to change this.

Why can't customers see the discounts when they go straight to the checkout page?
Discounts are only shown on the cart page. This is to make sure that the right discounts are calculated. So you must inform your customers that in order to avail of the discounts, they must pass through the cart page and then check out from there.
