Make sure the offer applies only to specified products

Why does the discount offer I created for a single product appears on all products?

If your discounted offer applies to all the products in your online store even if you have created the offer for specific products only, it is possible that the setting has been overridden and the discount has been applied to the entire store. To make sure this will not happen, follow these simple steps.

1. Launch the app and go to Offers.

2. Click the Actions drop-down menu on the offer and choose Edit.

3. Scroll down to the Offer Details section and uncheck the box that says or apply these volume discounts across the entire store.

4. Click Save.
