Shipping Information and discounts

Can I edit the shipping information on the checkout page?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change or edit the details on the checkout page such as the shipping information since Shopify does not allow it. 

Can I create shipping discounts?

This is not possible. The app works by giving out discounts based on products only.
